Many old footpaths have been traced and included in the routes. The Bijsselsepad is a beautiful walk through the beautiful countryside on the north side of Nunspeet. You walk across the Bijsselsche enk, along the Biessselerbeek and through the Lage Bijssel area. The walk departs from the place where the old Nunspeet-Elburg steam tram track once was, along the De Grote Bunte estate to the open peat meadow area.

There is a bus stop at the starting point; stop De Bunte.

It is possible to combine this route with seven other routes that run along the Randmeer coast. This way you can connect several detours from Harderwijk to Oldebroek and learn a lot about this special and natural area.

To avoid disturbing the animals and to prevent the spread of animal diseases, dogs are not allowed.
Enter at your own risk: The route passes over private property. The owners have given permission to cross their land. They trust you not to leave any waste behind and to respect their property.

Please note: Ommetje het Bekenpad has been temporarily removed from sale
